When and where is the wedding?
The wedding ceremony will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina.
There will be a dinner reception following the ceremony at 5 PM, held at the same venue, followed by an after-party that will continue until 1 AM. Please note that both the reception and after-party will take place at the same location for your convenience.
How should I plan my flights?
Our wedding venue is located on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. The Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is 20 miles from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
Do I need a visa to visit Hawaii?
Since Hawaii is part of the US, entry requirements vary depending on your passport - we'd recommend looking into it early and getting any visas sorted before the trip.
Where should I stay?
We have secured a one-night stay for all guests at Prince Waikiki, from Friday, July 17, 2026 (check-in) to Saturday, July 18, 2026 (check-out).
This night is our gift to you, and we kindly ask that you let us know via your RSVP if you will be bringing a plus one so we can coordinate your room accordingly.
If you wish to extend your stay, Prince Waikiki will be offering special group rates for our guests.
Group rates are available 3 days before and 3 days after the main dates (July 17–18), subject to availability.
For guests extending their stay at the Prince Waikiki: each guest will provide a credit card at check-in and will be responsible for any nights beyond Friday, July 17. Charges for these additional nights will be settled directly with the Front Desk at checkout.
To adjust or extend your stay, please email jaeminhan.nyc@gmail.com directly with the information below so we can pass it along to the reservations team.

Registry:
We know that traveling to Hawaiʻi is a meaningful commitment, and we’re so grateful you’re making the trip to celebrate with us.
If you’d like to honor us with a gift, our registry is available on the website. Gifts purchased through The Knot will automatically include the mailing address, so there’s no need to send anything separately. Above all, please know that gifts are entirely optional - we’re just excited to celebrate with you!
Shuttle Transportation:
We will be arranging a shuttle for our guests traveling between Waikiki and Oahu for both the ceremony and reception.
The shuttle will take guests from Waikiki to Oahu before the celebration and will bring everyone back to Waikiki after the reception and after-party, which runs until 1 AM.
Shuttle Schedule:
To accommodate all guests, we’ve arranged multiple shuttles. If a return shuttle reaches full capacity, we kindly ask guests to use Uber or a rideshare option for the return to Waikiki.
1. Prince Waikiki (2:45 PM) → Four Seasons Oahu (3:45 PM)
63 passenger shuttle
2. After Wedding: Four Seasons Oahu (10:20 PM) → Prince Waikiki (11:20 PM)
34 passenger shuttle
3. After After Party: Four Seasons Oahu (1:20 AM) → Prince Waikiki (2:20 AM)
14 passenger shuttle
More details on exact pick-up locations will be shared closer to the wedding date.
What's the dress code?
We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing black, if possible.
For our beachside celebration, we recommend soft, bright, or tropical colors (e.g., pink, sage green, yellow, coral) that complement the setting. We encourage guests to dress in formal or semi-formal attire while keeping the beach setting in mind. We also kindly ask that guests avoid overly casual clothing such as Hawaiian shirts. Most importantly, please wear something you feel comfortable in.
The photos below, shared by the wedding planner, are provided so you can see and use the styles guests wore at past weddings held at the Four Seasons Oahu as a reference.
